Our pricing covers travel for up to 20 miles each way from our base at postcode HP4 3TZ.
ADDITIONAL TRAVEL CHARGES
There will be an additional cost for postcodes that are over 20 miles away from our base in HP4 2AF. These costs will be applied to the package you book.
The mileage calculation is based on Google Maps using the most direct route from our postcode to the event booked address.
If the booking is within a congestion charge zone, these costs will be added to the booking fee.

The breakdown of these charges are:
- 21-30 miles – will add an additional £15 to the booking cost
- 31-40 miles – will add an additional £20 to the booking cost
Anything over 41 miles will need to be considered per booking and will be subject to availability. The additional costs will be confirmed before the booking is made.
