FAQs

What do the kids do on the van?

We will put a selection of games on as a starting point ready for the group, the kids can then change the games from there as often as they require. We will also look to move the group about throughout the party so they all get to play with each other and on different equipment like our twin driving seats which they all usually love!

Will there be someone there to help the Kids?

Yes, of course, 1 member of our team is there the whole time to run the party from start to finish and help where needed.

Is there an age limit on the van?

For birthday parties, we only cater for groups aged between 7 to 15. We're not insured for anyone under age 7, so we can not accommodate children under that age.
For Corporate Events, Weddings and other events please do get in touch.

Can our 6 year old join in or sit inside and watch?

The only people we can have inside are the players, anyone other than the players can be a problem, the players are all seated and focused on gaming, and 'little spectators' often don't like to 'spectate' for long, before they become a problem for our operator, especially if we're at full capacity.

How much space does the Van need?

It's a bit wider than a Range Rover, and we need 9 metres in length to park and operate, which is about the length of 2 Ford Focus's end to end.

Are the kids allowed to play Fortnite?

In line with our terms, we request that you as the booking party set the age limit for gaming. So if you were to set the age limit to Age 12 Games then Fortnite is allowed.

What does the Supreme Party Gaming Van need from me?

  • As flat a surface as possible, slopes are not great.
  •  A parking spot suitable for our van.
  • A double plug socket within 25 metres of the van.
  • An internet router for us to plug into, just in case our 5G on-board internet is not good in your area.

Do we need to choose the games before the party?

If there are specific games you'd like us to feature or not feature, let us know. We will suggest games throughout the party but would look to play games that the kids request.

Is Food included or allowed inside?

No, we neither provide food or drink nor allow it inside the van. Usually, a party lunch or dinner would be held in the house before or after the gaming party.

What about parties in hot, cold or bad weather?

This is no problem, we have climate-controlled heating and air conditioning for the gaming zone and are sheltered from the elements with our canopy and black-out curtains at the rear of the van.

How much will it cost me in Electricity?

For a 1.5-hour gaming party, our van will use about £1.50 of your electricity. Even whilst using our heating and air con (even at today's higher electric rates) it'll use less power than having your oven on.

Do you need my WIFI?

We do have our own onboard internet which is suitable for the majority of parties, but in the event of us not being able to pick up sufficient signal in your area on the day we would seek to plug into your internet router with our 50m long cable.
