Fantastic experience from start to finish! Joseph and Scott were incredibly responsive, helpful and professional throughout. The gaming bus had a really impressive set-up and went down brilliantly with children of all ages at our event. A fantastic addition to our Halloween celebrations! We’ll absolutely be using them again for future events and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

We booked the Supreme Party Gaming Van for the first time for our children’s birthday party, and it was absolutely fantastic!
Supreme Party offers a great variety of games, allowing all the children to play and enjoy themselves at the same time. It’s a wonderful way to keep the kids entertained while the parents can relax and enjoy the party too!
The staff were incredibly friendly, professional and responsible. We even got a few extra minutes, which was a lovely bonus!
We would definitely recommend Supreme Party Gaming Van and wouldn’t hesitate to book them again.
Thank you so much, Supreme Party Gaming Van, for making our children’s birthday so special!

“Best Party Ever” said my 9 year old son, and all his friends loved it too. They were totally engrossed the whole time, with the team on hand to help. I really liked the variety (we used the 6 BIG screens, 2 racing seats & 2 VR headsets). Whole party was managed really well and was incredibly easy for me! Great communication in advance and all paperwork provided for our venue. We booked for 2 hours for 10 kids. We went past sunset and it was particularly impressive set up after dark. Would very very highly recommend!

Loads of games/ consoles for the boys to play, arrived on time fully equipped, Scott was lovely and kept 9 boys entertained for 90 mins. Easiest party I have done and my son said it was the best party ever. Would definitely recommend.

We’ve used Supreme Party Gaming Van multiple times now for both of our sons’ birthdays, and they have been absolutely brilliant every single time.
The gaming van is always a huge hit with the kids and provides hours of entertainment. The setup is fantastic, everything is well organised, and the whole experience is made completely stress-free for us as parents.
The team are friendly, professional and great with the children. It’s clear they really care about making sure everyone has a great time, and they consistently deliver.
Having used them on multiple occasions, we wouldn’t hesitate to book them again. If you’re looking for something special for a child’s birthday, I honestly couldn’t recommend Supreme Party Gaming Van highly enough.
Thanks again to Jo and the team for helping make both our boys’ birthdays so memorable! 🎮🎉

We hired Supreme Party Gaming Van for my sons 7th birthday party today, and what a fantastic experience it was!
The van arrived fully equipped with PlayStation 5s, racing simulators, and comfortable gaming seats, giving the kids an incredible gaming experience from start to finish. Everything was set up professionally, and the team kept the children entertained throughout the party.

We hired the crew for my son's 10th birthday and Nico rocked up early and set up just as planned. He communicated well with us in when he was going to arrive and during the activity he kept everyone involved, entertained and busy.
We had issues with the Fortnite servers not working so couldn't play that, which is not a reflection on the SPG, if anything it goes to show how good they were that the boys couldn't give a monkeys it wasn't available and we're thoroughly entertained throughout the session.
Highly recommended for any party where gaming is key. I loved the VR experience!

We hired Supreme Party Gaming Van for my son’s 9th birthday and it was ideal. The kids were blown away with the game, the lights, the atmosphere - the VR headset was the icing on the cake, so much fun for them! Organising and booking was easy and communication with Joseph was great. On the day Nico was brilliant, really engaged with the kids and helping them whenever they got stuck or had questions. I asked for some games to be blocked and an age limit set which was all honoured and the kids had so much other choice they didn’t notice there was no Fortnite, Roblox etc. highly recommend!

Supreme threw an awesome party for my son’s 8th birthday. Great communication with Joseph from my initial enquiry and followed up with Nico who was fab on the party day, from ringing ahead to let me know when he’d be arriving to making sure all the kids could play the games they wanted.
Me & husband kept popping outside to make sure Nico was ok with the 8 8 year olds & he had it all on hand! I even had a race alongside the kids, so brilliant fun all round 😊
Thank you Joseph & Nico.

We booked the van for our son’s 9th birthday party. It was super easy to book and the communication was excellent throughout. The number of games available was impressive and the boys had a great time. I really appreciated the opportunity to add the restrictions we required due to age/ content etc.
Nico was our host and he was absolutely brilliant, he was fantastic with the kids (and Dad's) and nothing was a problem for him. He was really friendly, professional and super knowledgeable about the games. The Van was very clean, well equipped, loved the set up, the two driving chairs were great fun as well as the VR headset. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a gaming party and would definitely book again in the future. Thank you!

We booked the gaming van for my son’s 7th birthday and it was an absolute hit! From the moment Mark arrived, the kids were so excited and couldn’t wait to get inside. The setup was incredible, loads of games to choose from, comfy seating, and everything was spotless and well-organised. Mark was brilliant with the children, patient, friendly, and made sure everyone got a turn/helper when they got stuck and had fun. The van fit 8 kids comfortably and we agreed beforehand to age gate certain videos that they couldn’t play.
It was honestly the easiest party we’ve ever hosted, no stress, no mess, just happy, entertained kids. My son said it was his “that was sick mum,” which really says it all. I’d 100% recommend the gaming van to anyone looking for something fun, unique, and unforgettable for their child’s party.

Planning a Gaming Van Party in Hertfordshire
Whether it's a driveway in Harpenden, a cul-de-sac in Hemel or a hall car park near Tring, here's everything we need to make it work. It's less than you'd think.
01
At Home
Most parties happen on a driveway or the road outside. We need a flat, level spot about 9 metres long, and the van is only slightly wider than a Range Rover, so a normal residential street usually works. If parking on your road is tight, mention it when you enquire.
02
Halls, Schools & Clubs
Booked a village hall, community centre, school or sports club? We park in the car park and the kids head out to the van. If the venue asks, we'll send proof of our public liability insurance and our team's DBS certificates.
03
Power & Internet
All we need is one standard plug socket within 25 metres. The van has its own 4G and 5G connection, and we carry a 25 metre ethernet cable if you'd rather we use your router.
04
Rain Won't Stop Play
Hertfordshire weather being Hertfordshire weather, the gaming area is fully insulated, so rain doesn't stop the party.
9m of flat parking
1 plug socket within 25m
15 to 20 min to set up
Guests arrive 10 to 15 min early

Gaming Van Hire in Hertfordshire: Your Questions
The things Hertfordshire parents ask us most before they book.
Do you charge for travel in Hertfordshire?
Not within 25 miles of our Berkhamsted base, measured by road on Google Maps. That covers most of west and central Herts, including Watford, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead and Harpenden. For towns further out, such as Stevenage or Hertford, send us your postcode and we'll let you know.
Is a gaming van the same as a gaming bus?
Yes, gaming van, gaming bus, game truck and party bus all mean the same thing: a mobile games room that comes to your door. We have two purpose-built gaming vans, each with 8 UHD screens and 8 PS5s, a Nintendo Switch, two driving seats with Logitech steering wheels and Meta Quest 3 VR. Up to 10 players can game at once, with a DBS-checked host running the whole party.
How much room does the van need?
A flat, level space about 9 metres long. The van is only slightly wider than a Range Rover, so it fits on most driveways or on the road outside your house.
Can we have it at a hall, school or club?
Yes. As long as there's flat parking and a plug socket within 25 metres, we can set up in the car park. We'll show the venue our public liability insurance and DBS certificates on request.
What ages is it for, and how many can play?
Children's parties are for ages 7 to 15. Each van takes up to 10 players at once. VR is played just outside the van, where there's room to move.
What happens if it rains?
The party carries on. The gaming area is fully insulated, so the weather doesn't decide whether the kids have a good time.
How do I book?
Send us your date and postcode and we'll reply within 24 hours. A £100 deposit secures your date, and the balance is due a week before the party.
Can we book both vans for a bigger party?
Yes, on enquiry. Tell us roughly how many guests you're expecting and we'll put a price together for you.
Is Your Date Free?
Send us your date and postcode and we'll check availability for you. We reply within 24 hours, and a £100 deposit secures your party.
