Supreme Party offers a great variety of games, allowing all the children to play and enjoy themselves at the same time. It’s a wonderful way to keep the kids entertained while the parents can relax and enjoy the party too!

“Best Party Ever” said my 9 year old son, and all his friends loved it too. They were totally engrossed the whole time, with the team on hand to help. I really liked the variety (we used the 6 BIG screens, 2 racing seats & 2 VR headsets). Whole party was managed really well and was incredibly easy for me! Great communication in advance and all paperwork provided for our venue. We booked for 2 hours for 10 kids. We went past sunset and it was particularly impressive set up after dark. Would very very highly recommend!

We’ve used Supreme Party Gaming Van multiple times now for both of our sons’ birthdays, and they have been absolutely brilliant every single time.
The gaming van is always a huge hit with the kids and provides hours of entertainment. The setup is fantastic, everything is well organised, and the whole experience is made completely stress-free for us as parents.

We hired Supreme Party Gaming Van for my sons 7th birthday party today, and what a fantastic experience it was!
The van arrived fully equipped with PlayStation 5s, racing simulators, and comfortable gaming seats, giving the kids an incredible gaming experience from start to finish. Everything was set up professionally, and the team kept the children entertained throughout the party.
The kids had an absolute blast and haven’t stopped talking about it since. It was stress-free for us as parents and made my sons birthday one to remember.

We hired the crew for my son's 10th birthday and Nico rocked up early and set up just as planned. He communicated well with us in when he was going to arrive and during the activity he kept everyone involved, entertained and busy.
We had issues with the Fortnite servers not working so couldn't play that, which is not a reflection on the SPG, if anything it goes to show how good they were that the boys couldn't give a monkeys it wasn't available and we're thoroughly entertained throughout the session.
Highly recommended for any party where gaming is key. I loved the VR experience!

We hired Supreme Party Gaming Van for my son’s 9th birthday and it was ideal. The kids were blown away with the game, the lights, the atmosphere - the VR headset was the icing on the cake, so much fun for them! Organising and booking was easy and communication with Joseph was great. On the day Nico was brilliant, really engaged with the kids and helping them whenever they got stuck or had questions. I asked for some games to be blocked and an age limit set which was all honoured and the kids had so much other choice they didn’t notice there was no Fortnite, Roblox etc. highly recommend!

Supreme threw an awesome party for my son’s 8th birthday. Great communication with Joseph from my initial enquiry and followed up with Nico who was fab on the party day, from ringing ahead to let me know when he’d be arriving to making sure all the kids could play the games they wanted.
Me & husband kept popping outside to make sure Nico was ok with the 8 8 year olds & he had it all on hand! I even had a race alongside the kids, so brilliant fun all round 😊

Nico was our host and he was absolutely brilliant, he was fantastic with the kids (and Dad's) and nothing was a problem for him. We hired the gaming bus for a party and it was absolutely brilliant from start to finish! The setup was amazing – packed with top games that the kids (and adults!) absolutely loved.
But what really made the experience extra special was Nico, our host. He was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful throughout – nothing was too much trouble. He made sure everyone was having a great time, kept things running smoothly, and brought such a great energy to the day. His attention to detail and friendly attitude really took the whole experience to the next level.

We booked the gaming van for my son’s 7th birthday and it was an absolute hit! From the moment Mark arrived, the kids were so excited and couldn’t wait to get inside. The setup was incredible, loads of games to choose from, comfy seating, and everything was spotless and well-organised. Mark was brilliant with the children, patient, friendly, and made sure everyone got a turn/helper when they got stuck and had fun. The van fit 8 kids comfortably and we agreed beforehand to age gate certain videos that they couldn’t play.
It was honestly the easiest party we’ve ever hosted, no stress, no mess, just happy, entertained kids. My son said it was his “that was sick mum,” which really says it all. I’d 100% recommend the gaming van to anyone looking for something fun, unique, and unforgettable for their child’s party.

Supreme Party Gaming was great from the initial contact request. They came back to me the next day with their availability and we booked it in straight away. They sent me a full list of games/services and kept me up to date on their arrival. On the day Mark was amazing with the children, fun, patient and the kids had a great time. Planning a Gaming Van Party in Bedfordshire
Plenty of Bedfordshire homes are on newer estates, with tighter parking and shared drives. Here's how we make it work, and how long to book for.

New-Build Estates
Estate roads and parking bays are usually fine. We need a flat, level spot about 9 metres long, and the van is only slightly wider than a Range Rover. If your street has permit parking or yellow lines, mention it when you enquire and we'll work out the best spot with you.

Shared Drives & Neighbours
If the van will sit across a shared drive or outside next door, a quick word with your neighbours beforehand keeps everyone happy. All we need from the house is one plug socket within 25 metres.

Community Centres & Schools
Short on space at home? A community centre, school or sports club car park works just as well. If the venue needs paperwork, we'll send our public liability insurance and DBS certificates.

How Long to Book
1 to 1.5 hours suits smaller groups or parties with other plans. 2 hours is our most popular. For bigger groups, 2.5 to 3 hours means everyone gets a go on every game and the VR. Extending on the day isn't usually possible, so it's worth booking the time you need.

Is travel free to Luton and Dunstable?
Yes. Luton, Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard and most of Central Bedfordshire are within 25 miles of our Berkhamsted base by road, so there's no travel charge. Bedford usually sits beyond that, so send us your postcode and we'll confirm.
Can you park on a new-build estate?

Does someone stay with the kids the whole time?
Yes. One of our hosts stays with the group from start to finish, helping with games and keeping things fair. Everyone on our team is DBS certified, and we'll show you proof on request.
Is it just for children?
Children's parties are for ages 7 to 15. We also bring the van to weddings, corporate events and other occasions with older guests, by arrangement. Get in touch and tell us what you're planning.
Can we extend the party on the day?
Not usually, because we often have another booking afterwards. It's at the host's discretion on the day, so the safest bet is to book the time you need from the start. 2 hours is our most popular.
What if we need to cancel or move the date?
With at least two weeks' notice, we refund half your deposit if you cancel, or you can move your party to a new date once.
Do you do weekday parties?
Yes, and they're cheaper. Monday to Thursday parties start from £175, with a latest start time of 7pm. Fridays, weekends and bank holidays are charged at the weekend rate.
How do I book?
Send us your date and postcode and we'll get back to you within 24 hours. Pay a £100 deposit by bank transfer to secure the date, then the balance a week before the party.
