How It Works

Below are the prices for the day/amount of time available for a party:

To confirm your booking, a £100 deposit will need to be paid. The full balance will need to be paid 2 weeks before the event.

Our prices are inclusive of travel up to 20 miles each way from HP4 2AF. For an additional cost, we will be able to cover areas further than the 20 miles mentioned but when booking please specify where you would like this booking.

There will be 1 awesome team member to run the party, you will have full use of all gaming consoles, 70 + games to play with and your choice of our funky invitation styles.

Please note that no VAT will be charged and all Bank Holidays are charged at the weekend rates.

A maximum of 10 children if aged between 7-10 years old and 9 if aged between 11 - 15 years old.

Unfortunately, we can't accommodate children younger than 7 and older than 15 inside the gaming van for children's gaming parties.
We do cater for those over that age at Weddings, Corporate events etc.

We operate a strict no food or drinks policy inside the gaming van.
